Terms & Condition for Travel Grant application

• Only applicable to sponsored doctors and paramedic outside Kelantan (including East Malaysia).

• Please go through sponsored company before directly claim travel grant.

• Grant amount will be announced later.

• Maximum claim of up to RM 250 per person in peninsula. Extra amount for East Malaysia, and for paper/abstract presenters.

• Applicable for both transportation and accomodation expenses.

• Please disclose your receipt or any proof of payment during the conference for claim. For milage claim, please bring a copy of your APC / letter from HOD to verify your place of practice.

• Claim can only be made during the conference on the last day of the event (sunday). Look for special desk. Payment is via online transfer within 30 days.

• Decision by the APCU organiser is final. No appeal is allowed.
