 Welcome esteemed guests of honor, distinguished invited faculty members, and participants to the 15th Asia Pacific Cardiology Update conference at Universiti Sains Malaysia. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to our annual Asia Pacific Cardiology Update meeting, held in collaboration with the National Heart Association of Malaysia.

 Dear friends and colleagues,

It is my privilege, on behalf of the 15th APCU@USM 2024 committee, to extend a heartfelt welcome to this highly anticipated annual event. Building on the success of previous conferences, we are thrilled to invite everyone to join us in Kota Bharu from the 18th to the 20th of October, 2024. This year, we have chosen a specially curated theme: "Bridging The Gaps in Cardiovascular Research & Management".

 The congress will spotlight the critical voids in cardiovascular research and management, seeking to bridge the divides that challenge progress in this field. Through enlightening talks, interactive symposiums, and dynamic workshops, we aim to explore the latest breakthroughs and best practices in cardiovascular medicine. Our goal is to equip attendees with invaluable insights and tools to navigate the complexities of cardiovascular care.

 We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved in bringing this conference to life, including individuals, government agencies, non-government organizations, and especially to all of you for your attendance.
