Dear friends and colleagues,
On behalf of 13th APCU@USM 2022 committee, it is my pleasure to welcome all of you to this highly awaited annual event. We are now living in COVID - 19 endemic phase with reducing number of cases, and with that, we are delighted to invite everyone to join us physically in Kota Bharu, from 14th to 16th of October 2022.

This year’s congress will shine a spotlight on what lies ahead in cardiovascular medicine. This is in line with our special theme this year: Redefining the Future of Cardiology. We put together series of talks and symposia covering different aspects of cardiology, from general to specialised topics. Look out for our ECG master class and intermediate level hands – on echocardiography course. The crux of this congress would be to improvise our daily clinical practice by inviting prominent speakers to share with us the latest advancements on the subject matters.

A lot of work had been put into making this conference a reality, thus I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone involved: individuals, government agencies, non-government organisations alike, and thanking you all in advance for attending.

Let’s expand our horizons together this October and I look forward to see you in Kota Bharu.
